Freight Terms

+ Shipping terms are FOB Tinley Park, IL.

+ Orders totaling over $2,000 will be prepaid in the continental USA and orders totaling over $2,500 will be prepaid to Canada.

+ We will try to accommodate special shipping requests, but additional charges may apply for this service.

Damaged Goods

+ If PremierRepak Paid Freight . . . Customer must note any damaged or missing goods on shipping documents upon receipt and notify PremerRepak within 7 business days by contacting Customer Service.  Please do not refuse the shipment.  Concealed damage should be reported to carriers and to PremierRepak within 7 business days.

+ If Customer Paid Freight . . . Customer is responsible for making freight damage claims for shipments made.

Returned Goods

+ All material returns must be preapproved by Customer Service.

+ All material returns must have a Return Good Authorization number given and shown on all returned packaging.

+ All material must have 6 months shelf life remaining. If less than 6 months shelf life, please contact Customer Service.

+ All material returns are subject to receiving inspection that they are in undamaged original containers and in good condition for resale.

+ All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

+ Any non-PremierRepak, Inc. branded product is non-returnable.

+ Customer must prepay return shipping.

+ Once approved, credit will be given at original invoice price.

+ Custom and non-stocked material returns need to be discussed with Customer Service.
